Frank Gallagher is a hopeless alcoholic and liar who has six independent children, who have found ways to grow up in spite of him. This is not a typical family so don't expect normal things to happen, expect a lot of disasters, twists, good things and bad things. I haven't watched the UK version yet but I'm looking forward. It's nice to see that the US doesn't ruin UK series after all. I have to admit that it didn't conquered me at the beginnig, if that happens to you keep watching a bit more. If you enjoy lots of drama and a spice of comedy (60min) I recommend it,(it reminds me of Skins UK) it might not be the best series you ever watched but I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Talented lawyer Will Burton never lost a case so he agrees to defend a murder suspect, of whose innocence he doubts. After winning the case, Burton realizes he made a mistake and now it's too late to repair it. But a huge tragedy happens and the question is: what will he do? I have to admit that the first thing that lead me to watch it was David Tennant but it was a truly pleasant surprise. Although the hole plot doesn't seem new (at least to me) it's a brilliant tv series with outstanding actors and script. This is for thriller/crime fans, it's really intriguing, it's full of twists, it really has it all to be a good series.
I take suggestions, tell me some of your favorite series and I'll watch then.
